Say hello to....



May it treat you well! :)
I decided to treat myself a little healthier
I promised myself to make healthier home made food for lunch.

Ingredients needed:
1. Rotini pasta
2. Fresh & organic vegetables (I used cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, asparagus, & corn)
3. Lightly salted sunflower seeds (the best part)
This pasta only took about 30 minutes to make. Super easy & delicious :)

Fruit:
sliced peaches

snack:
organic dried apple chips (100% apples)

Hopefully I can keep up with this healthy habit...
